Meeting on Tuesday, December 13th!
Many years ago their was a business book written by Napolian Hill the author of Think and Grow Rich.
His explanation of a Mastermind Group explains our Business Advisory Group:
“No two minds ever come together without a third invisible force, which may be likened to a ‘third mind.’ When a group of individual minds are coordinated and function in harmony, the increased energy created through that alliance becomes available to every individual in the group.”
How can the Business Advisory Group benefit you!
1. No longer are you a “lone business owner.
You’ll become part of a group of like-minded business owners who have the same goal to grow their respective businesses. The other members need you just as much as you need them, so including your experience and knowledge is just as valuable as others in the group.
2. Collaboration is the key the group.
Someone in the group may be a fit to work on a project with you. Or, maybe you’ll be a fit for another member to work together. Also the group as a whole achieves more results.
3. Extend your circle of connections.
A mastermind group expands your connections exponentially and quickly. As a business owner, you know how important it is to have a circle of business associates. You increase in a mastermind your circle of associates not only directly with fellow members but from who they also know.
4. Learning new strategies and tactics.
You will have the opportunity to participate in learning new business concepts. Others in the group will have unique skills, experience and connections to share. By sharing your business challenges and interacting with the members I’m sure you’ll learn and find solutions to apply in your business.
5. Achieving a higher level of success and working on your business.
Being in a business advisory group will truly give you a new perspective on how to grow your business! Instead of working in your business, you’ll work on your business by stretching above the level you are at today by joining and working with business owners and CEO’s who are reaching higher goals today.
Wouldn’t you want to be able to spend more time on you and your family while your business thrives and grows?

Business Advisory Group
I have been involved in the group hosted by Joe Norcott for the last year.
In that time I have received excellent advice and resources both from Joe and the members.
The meeting lasts long enough for each of us to present our business concerns and I continue to get excellent advice from the group.
Sometimes the advice is a new idea or perspective on a challenge, sometimes I have been redirected to what my real problem is instead of what I think it is. And sometimes I just hear something I already knew but hearing it from this group confirms the fact I am doing the right thing.
For me the group acts as my board of directors. When you are alone running your own business you need like minded entrepreneurs how know your challenges from their perspective.
I highly recommend you consider joining our group.- Paul DIon, CPA
There’s so much to marketing a business and a lot of ways to spend money ineffectively. Being in the group helps corral scattered ideas and is a forum in which to get some great input from fellow business people who want to see you succeed or help you continue and expand on your success. Shannon Goheen of Second Nature Gardenworks http://secondnaturegardenworks.com
The group has provided a unique way to experience the ideas and insights of people who are in the same position as I am – not only CEO and Owner, but also Chief Marketing officer – of companies in totally different industries. The diversity of viewpoints has been enlightening and informative. - Jim Edholm of Business Benefits Insurance http://www.bbibenefits.com
Is this an actual Business Advisory Group meeting and how much does it cost?
Your first meeting is free. We want you to experience our mastermind group and learn how if can benefit you. We'll include lunch as well. Be prepared to work on your business at the meeting.
What should I expect from my first meeting?
You will get to participate in a meeting where you will meet business owners from different industries. We will include a business growth lesson and each existing member will introduce themselves and tell you there story of how this group has helped them grow their business.
Are their competitors in the group?
No, this is a non-competitive group of business owners. You will not feel intimidated or feel you need to hold back from discussing your business and marketing challenges because of a fellow competitor.
How big will the group be for the meetings.
We prefer 6-8 members for the group. New membership availability is limited.
Who should attend?
Business owners and CEO's should attend.
Do I need prior experience to join?
You don't need any prior experience. Our group is made up of members that hadn't been in a business advisory group before and are now actively involved receiving the benefits from it. They're business owners just like you who want to learn and get advice on how to grow their business.
How often do you meet?
We meet once every month and lunch is included.

We also make available to you a 1 on 1 coaching call to help you in between the meetings with any help or suggestions on what you are implementing in your business.
